Canine circuit training is a structured workout program designed for dogs that combines physical exercise and mental stimulation. The benefits of circuit training include improved balance, enhanced core strength, increased flexibility, better coordination, rehabilitation support, mental stimulation, and strengthened joint stability. There will be four different stations focusing on different movements involving each plane of motion:

Stretching and Balance |
Focuses on stabilizing while shifting weight and using various surfaces. These exercises challenge proprioception and coordination |
